Booking terms and conditions plus offers

​By booking a service with Rose Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Appointments and Bookings

  • All appointments must be pre-booked. We reserve the right to decline service without prior notice if an appointment has not been confirmed.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure accurate contact and vehicle information is provided at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

  • Failure to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show) without prior notice may result in a full charge and refusal of future bookings.

  • For mobile appointments, if we are unable to access the vehicle or location upon arrival, this will be treated as a no-show.

3. Weather Conditions

  • Rose Detailing operates both from a fixed location and mobile units. In the case of mobile services, adverse weather (including heavy rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures) may prevent us from safely or effectively carrying out our work.

  • We reserve the right to postpone or cancel services at our discretion due to weather conditions. In these cases, we will reschedule your appointment at the earliest possible time without penalty.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Invoices must be settled within 7 calendar days of the issue date. Late payments will incur a charge of £15.00 per overdue week, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payment.

  • For some bookings (particularly full-day or specialist work), a deposit may be required in advance to secure the appointment.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • Please remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • Rose Detailing will inspect and photograph vehicles before and after the service. This protects both parties in the event of a dispute.

  • While every care is taken, we cannot be held liable for any pre-existing damage, paint defects, or mechanical issues that may be revealed or worsened during the detailing process.

6. Customer Satisfaction

  • We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can investigate and rectify the issue.

  • Refunds are offered only at the discretion of Rose Detailing and will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to issues outside of our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, poor paint condition, or weather-related limitations).

7. Service Scope

  • The scope of work for each service will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Any additional services requested on the day may be subject to additional charges and time constraints.

8. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle presents a health or safety risk to our team (e.g., biohazards, sharp objects, excessive infestation, or unsafe locations).

9. Invoicing & Late Payment Charges

  • All invoices must be paid within 7 days of the issue date.

  • A late fee of £15.00 per week will be applied to overdue invoices unless alternative terms have been agreed in advance.

  • Continued non-payment may result in the suspension of future services and, where necessary, legal recovery proceedings.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Rose Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.

Terms and Conditions for Rose Detailing Referral Offer

1. Introduction by participating in the Rose Detailing Referral Offer ("Offer"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This Offer is subject to modification or cancellation at any time without prior notice at the discretion of Rose Detailing.

2. Eligibility

  • The Offer is open to existing customers of Rose Detailing ("Referrer") who refer new customers ("Referee") to our services.

  • The Referee must be a new customer who has not previously used Rose Detailing services.

  • Both the Referrer and Referee must be at least 18 years old.

3. How the Offer Works

  • The Referrer must provide the Referee with their name when booking a service.

  • The Referee must mention the Referrer’s name at the time of booking.

  • Once the Referee completes and pays for their first service, the Referrer will be eligible to receive a complimentary service upgrade.

  • The complimentary upgrade applies to a single service appointment and must be redeemed within 60 days of the Referee's completed booking.

4. Complimentary Upgrade Choices

  • The Referrer may choose from a selection of service upgrades, which include:

    • Leather treatment

    • Engine bay clean

    • Soft top clean and protection

    • One panel paint correction

    • Chemical fallout removal

  • The available upgrade options may change at Rose Detailing’s discretion and are subject to availability.

5. Limitations

  • The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

  • Each Referrer may refer multiple friends but can only redeem one complimentary upgrade per successful referral.

  • If the Referee cancels their booking or requests a refund, the Referrer will no longer be eligible for the complimentary upgrade.

  • The complimentary upgrade is non-transferable and has no cash value.

6. General Conditions

  • Rose Detailing reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.

  • Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate the referral process will result in disqualification.

  • Rose Detailing is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may affect participation in the Offer.

7. Modification and Termination Rose Detailing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
